where three senior-serving     nonprofit agencies have             co-located to better serve the needs of older adults and their families.

Tanglewood Park is a unique facility where three senior nonprofit agencies have co-located to better serve older adults, their families, and caregivers. This one-of-a-kind senior service and activity center benefits every stage and phase of aging!

AgeWell Services

  • Meals on Wheels

  • Nutrition Education

  • A fitness program specifically geared to older adults (50+)

  • A variety of exercise, art, dance, TaiChi and Yoga classes

  • Senior travel programs

  • Elder Abuse Education

LifeCircles Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) offers support to you and your family with the goal of keeping you at home as long as possible.

  • LifeCircles is a complete health care program that includes primary healthcare services, day center activities, in-home care, medical transportation and much more.  

  • People who have both Medicaid and Medicare pay nothing for the program unless admitted to a nursing facility or seek medical care outside of the approved network of providers (except for emergency services). Please contact LifeCircles at 231-733-8655 for information on enrollment requirements.



Here at Tanglewood Park we offer multiple services, programs and activites all in one place.


We have an exercise room available for AgeWell members, a cafe' that is open to the public and even an art studio.


For LifeCircles' participants we offer exceptional care in beautiful day center.


It is a place where Senior Resources' Options Counselors can meet to discuss your unique life situation and caregiving journey. 


Tanglewood Park is also the home of the Harbor Steel Meals on Wheels kitchen, where food is prepared and delivered to older adults in Muskegon, Oceana and Ottawa counties!

Connecting you to resources for:

  • Navigating and accessing older adult benefits and services including Medicare and Medicaid.

  • Living independently for as long as possible.

  • Pairing your own personal resources with community resources for a variety of long term care needs such as: personal emergency response systems, respite care, in-home care, medication management and much more.

  • Care giving training, education and support services.
