Tanglewood Park is a unique multi-agency senior services and activity center. There are four separate health and human service agencies housed within this beautiful facility. Each offers specific services to older adults and their families-all are collaborating to create a convenient ‘one-stop’ shop for seniors!

LifeCircles:
  »  An alternative to nursing home care for an older adult who is 55 years or older,
      Medicaid and Long Term Care eligible.
  »  An Adult Day Health Center that offers primary care, nursing, physical, occupational
      and recreational therapies; nutritional counseling and personal care for enrollees.
